Finely Shredded Coleslaw

Finely Shredded ColeslawThis finely shredded coleslaw was a quick and easy side to make when I was serving a big group of people a few weeks ago.  We especially liked it the day after I made it once all the flavors had a chance to mix together!

TIP: Go with green cabbage for this one.  Purple cabbage will “bleed” into the coleslaw as it sits.

TIP: Feel free to use a food processor to cut your veggies to make this styled after ChicFilA’s coleslaw.

I’d love to hear your thoughts and questions, so feel free to leave a comment after the related posts show below or send me an email.  Thanks for visiting.  I appreciate you!
