TIP:  Make sure your ghee is room temperature when you make this for easy mixing.

TIP:  Once your ghee has hardened, you can slice it and freeze it.

Looking for a compound ghee to put on your sizzling steaks or roasted veggies? This Garlic Herb Ghee will do the trick!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
  • Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  • Step 2 Scoop onto plastic wrap, make a log, and seal.
  • Step 3 Refrigerate or freeze to harden.
  • Step 4 Slice into rounds to serve.
