Grilled Lime Marinated Baby Bok Choy

Grilled Lime Marinated Bok ChoyThis flavorful way of preparing baby bok choy is so easy, you can’t go wrong.  The beginnings of this recipe started at DadCooksDinner.com who states that it came from Everyday Food, September 2004.  I changed the marinade a bit from his, but his Asian vinaigrette sounds delightful!
