Easy to make fresh salsa to use for dip or on top of salads or meats!

Ingredients
  • 1 can drained chickpeas
  • 1 can drained sliced black olives
  • 1 can drained corn
  • 1 can drained diced tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, chopped small
  • 2 tablespoons diced jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • juice from 1 lime
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
Directions
  • Step 1 Combine all items and allow to sit covered in fridge for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
