Crockpot Lemon Garlic Chicken

Crockpot Lemon Garlic ChickenThis past weekend, this recipe for Crockpot Lemon Garlic Chicken rescued me! I had about twelve people to feed for dinner, and I really wanted to enjoy their company instead of cooking the whole time.  This recipe is so easy, and was the perfect choice.  While the recipe serves four, I upped all the ingredients, and just made layers in my crockpot. Everyone seemed to like it, and I even had a bit for leftovers for lunch this past week – total score!

I’d love to hear your thoughts and questions, so feel free to leave a comment after the related posts show below or send me an email.  Thanks for visiting.  I appreciate you!
