Launch Day Is Here!

It's Launch DayLaunch day at Meet You In My Kitchen is here!  I’ve been working like a madwoman to get ready for this.  I’d forgotten how much work there is to get a website up and running.  Meet You In My Kitchen isn’t perfect yet! I still have so much to tweak and so much content that needs to be shared.  It will be a long journey, and I’m excited to have you here! Serious heart smiling moment going on over here!

By now, you’ve probably had a chance to read my About page and the Start Here page.  If not, definitely go check them out when you’re done reading this post.

You may be wondering what to expect to see on the blog.  My theme is making healthier food choices.  I’m not here to tell you what to do – I’m here to offer the information I’m learning and my experiences trying to make better food decisions.  I’m hopeful that sharing what I learn will help you make the right decisions for you and your family.  You do you, baby!

Specifically, you can expect recipes to hit the blog on Sundays, with the occasional additional recipe thrown in throughout the rest of the week.  On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I will post new articles spanning kitchen tips, meal prep and planning tricks, basic cooking skills and how to’s, along with resources spanning topics like clean eating, nutrition, and information on GMO’s, chemicals, and factory farming. Again, my goal is to share information that will help you make healthier food choices.

I’m getting a few meal plans ready to share over the coming months, too.  I know that having a plan can make the choices so much easier, and frankly, give you more time with your family!

On top of the meal plans, I will be hosting several No Sugar Added Challenges for us all to participate in.  While you can certainly do the challenges any time, during the months of July, October, and next January, I will host a community based challenge that we can all interact with and spur each other on.  I will tell you more about how it will all work as the first one gets closer!

In the meantime, please sign up for blog updates and get your FREE One Week Menu Plan Using Real, Whole Foods.  You can expect a series of welcome emails from me, weekly blog updates so you know when to check back for new content, and of course, the FREE meal plan!

Finally, I want to thank you for being here.  I’m excited to learn more about you! I’m looking forward to sharing the things I’ve been learning about making healthier food choices.  I am hopeful to grow a community here where we can all share our experiences.  If something you read on the blog strikes you, please let me know.  I have a lot to learn from you, too!  Free free to leave a comment on the blog after the related posts show below or send me an email any time!  Where are you on your food journey? I’d love to hear your suggestions for making Meet You In My Kitchen a better place for everyone to enjoy and learn from! Thanks for visiting.  I appreciate you!

With a smiling heart,

Stacie
